Godin cast iron stove

French wood stove made by the GODIN cast iron foundry, situated in Guise, north west of Paris, that has been manufacturing cast iron stoves, cookers, ranges, fires, and other heating products since 1840. Godin’s beautiful, unique design is so versatile, it doubles as both an efficient fireplace and a statement piece, standing out against the backdrop of any modern or classic home. This piece is model 02120 made in 1978 and was never used and It is in very good authentic condition. It has a black matt body with white enamelled decorations. Very compact piece that could heat up to 220sq.m. It could be loaded with logs up to 25cm and 50cm vertical in front or from the top. The weight is almost 100kg and the best advantage is that positioning of logs vertically allows for longer burn time up to 7-8 hours.
